Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. It keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends — your videos stay where they are, and the account drops to the free allowance.

Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we will refund it. You do not have to explain why.

After 14 days we will still look at it, and we would rather refund someone unhappy than keep the money — but past that point it is a judgement rather than a guarantee.

Videos that failed

A video that failed to produce does not consume your monthly allowance, so there is nothing to refund — the attempt is simply not counted. If you have been charged for something that never arrived, tell us and we will put it right.

Payments are taken by PayPal, so we issue any refund through PayPal, and it normally returns to the original payment method. PayPal has its own buyer terms, which apply alongside this page.
